If Sparkléve isn't the perfect fit for your home, we're here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
We use a self-service return portal to make the process quick and easy.
- To access your customer account, click on your profile picture
- Enter the email address used for your order and the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox
- Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return
- Provide a reason for the return (this helps us improve our product!)
- Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to package your Sparkléve
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth refund process, please note:
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (cords, polishing heads, etc.)
- Shipping: We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all domestic returns. A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your final refund
- Processing Time: Once our warehouse receives your item, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Ordered on Amazon?
If you purchased your polisher directly through Amazon, please initiate your return through your Amazon "Your Orders" page to ensure they can process your refund correctly.
