How a spotty wine glass
started it all.

That was the last night I handed a friend a spotty wine glass.

It started with a simple, frustrating moment. A great bottle of wine, good company, and a glass that looked terrible. Clouded, spotty, embarrassing. It sounds minor — but if you've ever held a glass up to the light and felt that quiet, embarrassing disappointment, you know exactly what we mean.

We went looking for a solution. We studied everything available: manual brushes, rinse aids, commercial glass cleaners, restaurant-grade systems. What we found was disappointing. The affordable options didn't work. The ones that worked were bulky, expensive, and completely unrealistic for home use. Nothing delivered crystal-clear glassware — especially delicate wine glasses — without hassle.

So we built our own. What started as a personal frustration turned into years of research, testing, and refinement. We obsessed over results, ease of use, and whether it could actually fit into a real home, not just a commercial kitchen.
